About Us
Pivotal Point Advocacy & Court Services was established out of an identified need in the community for affordable and available Family Visitation Services in the Hudson Valley. We have been providing supervised visitation services throughout the Hudson Valley over 12 years. As a human services provider, we pride ourselves on our family-centered approach.
Our Impact
Pivotal Point Advocacy assists families with maintaining and rebuilding the parent-child relationship, supporting reunification. We value compassion, empathy, and a family-centered approach to services. We offer community and home based services for a more natural experience. With over 12 years of experience serving families in the Hudson Valley, Pivotal Point stands out for its commitment to excellence. Our supervisors are trained in the latest OCFS best practice standards for supervised visitation. We adopt a strengths-based approach, focusing on supporting families and promoting successful outcomes. Our in-home and community-based services further enhance the parent-child relationship. We understand that many parents work and that their children are also in school or engaged in extracurricular activities. We offer evening and weekend hours to accommodate schedules and increase opportunities for visitation time.
